Learn the way of bad thought management for a better life

This post is just to make us manage our bad thoughts in a certain way that can make us feeling better as humans who are living in this world.

The control of every thought isn't so easy. There is a direct path of thinking, most specific a ''way''.

The raw is to start reverse. You first have to think the end of a thought as bad as good. As going backwards to the begining of any thought we can realize that always there is a reason who make us to start of thinking something.

What is that which is responsible of the birth of any thought? What is the reason exactly? How to manage bad thoughts?


The reason is another fact or thought. Things that become from us or from other people of our community or enviroment..its every new feed may have anyone at any time.

For example: We are watching Tv and we can see poor people begging in the streets wich unfortunatelly its todays phenomenon most of any other time in the past. Automaticaly a new bad thought has born. What people we are?, what an awful society?, e.t.c.
That kind of thoughts make us feeling anxious, frustrated, sad, nervous and many other negative feelings.
These feelings are like bricks in the pyramid of depression. A depsressed human being is a dangerous human being. Not just for himself but also for all other people. He has the ability to harm himself through many ways as feeling depressed and confused but also can transfer the strong feeling of depression to the other people of his enviroment. Its like a virus.
As you can see bad thoughts is like bacteria of our brain. The brain take these bacteria and infects the hole body. So when we are feeling depressed or when we have some of all the above bad feelings, we can realize that appears some kind of inexplicable pain in many areas of our body. By this way (bad thoughts) we are contributing to the birth of light or heavy kind of diseases.



There is a way not to stop bad thoughts but to manage them in a way that can be less harmfull to ourselves also to other people. 

In the sight of a bad thought the first thing we have to do is to have o glass of water. After drinking the water we can see that the bad thought isnt so bad as a minute before.


What happened and the thought got lighter and not so dark?

In the moment of the bad thought we gave oxygen to our brain through water. When our brain and body are full of carbon dioxide, we can realize that we are more vulnerable to bad thoughts. So thats the reason we can notice ,many of us, of dyspnea and brain confussion.
After that we have to let the light bright our space.
The darkness is not helpfull to depression or bad thoughts.

The light help us to see better out of our inside view. It help us to see the outworld, the reality and the facts better. If its a sunny day the best thing we can do is a walk to the square of further.

The activities that we conduct during the day help us to forget or not to pay so much attention to any bad thought.

We can see other people. We can talk with them. There is always a reason to laugh. Find a reason to give a small laugh to yourself. Remember a funny moment that you cant forget and always makes you laugh.

So...some little advices that can help you to manage your bad thoughts:


Light to your life

Water for your brain and body
Laugh for yourself
